Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally remains available through the paid period already in progress.

Refund requests

Contact support with your account email, invoice reference, and reason for the request. We review requests individually and confirm any approved refund through the original payment method where the payment provider supports it.

Service issues

If a verified technical issue prevents reasonable use of a paid feature, contact support promptly so we can investigate, restore access, or determine an appropriate credit or refund.
