Please read these terms carefully before using Sloth Spaced. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

By accessing or using Sloth Spaced ("the Service"), including our WhatsApp bot, web platform, and all related features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Service description
Free plan
Sloth Spaced is a WhatsApp-based productivity assistant that helps you manage tasks, reminders, and calendar events through natural language conversations. The free plan includes:
- WhatsApp task & reminder creation
- Voice note transcription
- Basic AI responses
- Google Calendar sync
- Basic email sending
- Up to 50 tasks per month
Premium plans (Basic, Pro, Business, Enterprise)
Premium plans unlock the full Sloth Spaced experience with AI Employees that proactively manage your work, remember context, and automate workflows — all through the web dashboard, on top of the free WhatsApp experience:
- Everything in Free, plus:
- Persistent AI memory & context
- Proactive daily digests
- Smart email assistant
- Calendar intelligence

Your obligations
Account security
You must have a valid WhatsApp account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and WhatsApp credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep your information up to date. This ensures we can deliver the Service effectively.
Responsible use
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit (messages, tasks, etc.) but grant us a licence to process and store it to provide the Service. The Service itself is owned by Sloth Spaced.
Acceptable use policy
To keep Sloth Spaced safe and reliable for everyone, you agree not to:
- Using the Service for any unlawful or illegal purpose
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other user accounts
- Interfering with, disrupting, or overloading the Service or its infrastructure
- Sending spam, malware, phishing content, or other malicious material
- Abusing, harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
- Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service excessively
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Violating the rights of any third party through use of the Service
Violation of this acceptable use policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, at our sole discretion.

Fees and payment
Premium plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms that have their own terms of service:
- WhatsApp — subject to Meta's Terms of Service. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by their separate terms and privacy policy.
- Google Calendar & Gmail — subject to Google's Terms of Service. Calendar and email integrations are optional and require your explicit OAuth consent.
- AI providers — used for natural language processing. Queries are anonymised where possible.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their respective terms.
Limitation of liability
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Limitation of damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SLOTH SPACED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sloth Spaced from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Termination
Termination by you
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@slothspaced.co.zw. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or the Service.
Effect of termination
Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via WhatsApp message or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.
